Q1. Do you supply only wholesale or also retail?

A: Zadine Fashion is a B2B wholesale supplier. We work with boutiques, shop owners, resellers, dropshippers, and fashion retailers in India, the UAE, and worldwide. We do not sell single retail pieces.

Q2. Where are your branches located?

A: Our head office is in Mumbai, India, and we also have a branch in Dubai, UAE. From these, we supply across India, UAE, GCC, and global markets.

Q3. What product categories do you offer?

A: We supply imported and manufactured women’s western wear, including:

  • Tops & T-shirts

  • Dresses (bodycon, midi, party wear)

  • Co-ord Sets

  • Nightwear & Loungewear

  • Bottoms (skirts, pants, jeggings)

  • Camisoles, crop tops, and seasonal collections.

Q4. Do you offer dropshipping services?

A: Yes ✅. We provide dropshipping for resellers and online stores. You can sell our items, and we will pack and ship directly to your customers without Zadine branding.

Q5. Who can buy from you?

A: We supply to wholesalers, resellers, boutiques, online stores, and dropshippers across India, UAE, and international markets.

Q6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ ranges from 2 to 8 pieces per set, depending on the product. Small businesses and resellers can easily start with low-quantity orders.

Q7. What are your wholesale price ranges?

A: Prices start from ₹100 onwards, and range up to ₹1200 for premium items like dresses, co-ord sets, and nightwear.

Q8. Do you manufacture or only import garments?

A: Both. We manufacture cotton western wear in India and import Korean and international fashion styles to offer variety.

Q9. Can I see samples before ordering in bulk?

A: Yes. We provide sample pieces for wholesale buyers, and dropshippers can test with low-quantity single orders.

Q10. How can I get your catalog?

A: You can view our digital catalog on zadine.co or request a WhatsApp catalog for quick browsing.

Q11. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer, UPI, Paytm, and secure online payments in India, and international bank transfers and remittance options for global buyers.

Q12. How fast is delivery?

A: Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 days, while international orders from our Dubai branch are fulfilled in 5–10 days, depending on destination.

Q13. Do you offer branding or white-label options?

A: Yes. For bulk buyers, we can arrange unbranded or custom-label packaging to support resellers and boutiques.

Q14. What is your return or exchange policy?

A: Since we operate in wholesale, we do not accept returns for minor variations. However, defective pieces (if any) are replaced in the next order.

Q15. Do you provide support for resellers starting online stores?

A: Yes ✅. We regularly work with Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce resellers, offering them low MOQ, dropshipping services, and trending catalogs to help grow their business.
